illusio operates illusio.me and the illusio spatial simulation platform. We protect the privacy and intellectual property of our enterprise customers, robotics researchers, and website visitors.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when requesting API access or contacting our team (such as your name, email address, organization, and simulation requirements), as well as standard telemetry required to maintain cloud simulation stability.
3. Customer Simulation Assets
Proprietary robot URDF/MJCF definitions, CAD geometries, and logs uploaded to illusio workspaces remain the sole property of the customer. We do not use customer-specific proprietary assets to train shared models.
